Hi reviewer, Maybe it's not a surprise but I faced the same problem. My credit limit is Rs. 1,000 and I got a bill of Rs. 1800, when I asked why they said I've over-used my data plan made a usage of 4 lac+ kb which comes to minimum 10 MB per day and maximum 32 MB whereas I only use whatsapp & ha read more...

OMG! I cant believe this... Thanks Varun for posting this review!!! I was thinking of buying a Apple Laptop from Croma but now I won't! Croma, what's wrong with you? Not familiar with after sales service? Get your basics right and stop customers like nobody once they have purchased your product.
