We took the pest control service from this company and regret it now. We live in Bangalore and were looking for pest control treatment and homed on to this company. At the time of entering service they promised all sort of things - that they would control all types of pests cockroaches, ants, lizards and rats. They were required to give four services and promised that during this time there wouldn’t be any pets in the house.
It is once you part with the money that their true colors show up. Firstly the mechanic who turns up laughed when we talk about all types of pests. He asked US how can anyone can take care of all types of pests. Even the cockroaches and lizards that he promised would be take care of were back in the house within ONE WEEK. When we complained after a lot of coaxing they sent a guy and subsequently tried to pass that as one of the four visits as per the contract!
However the number of visits doesn’t matter as after every treatment the pests are back within a few days.
Recently a person(someone named Asha) called up asking if we want to renew the service. I asked her(as I was still willing to give them a try) if they would take my feedback about the poor experience and do something about it. She then actually hung up the phone on me. I thought it was some connection issue and called the number back. Of course no reply as she probably didn’t feel a need to waste their precious time on a customer’s feedback.
I am still looking for a good pest control service in Bangalore. If you are looking for one, avoid this one. Unless you are want a headache for a year.
