Spicejet without spice

Spicejet promised not to treat its passengers like sheeps but failed to deliver it.. The most interesting part is that when someone tells them that their service is not upto mark, the excuse given is.. its been only 6 months... okay.. we didnt know u need 6 years to learn how to operate a low cost airline.. the harvard case studies are full of the success stories of airlines like Southwest.. but I guess that the promoters of Spicejet didnt even read that.. There was an airline called People Express in US which had a headstart but failed miserable and became bankrupt only because it failed to srve its customers properly... its buyers market todayt and Spicejet should understand it and add few more spices (read appropriate behavior) to its offerings, otherwise it will be another PeopleExpress.


PS: I forgot to mention the regular delays in the flights, which is the permanent feature in case of Spicejet..
