I agree that delays are very common for all the airlines.. but atleast the staff is helpful and tries to comfort the passengers in every way possible... my exp with jet and sahara had been excellent in this regard, whereas spicejet treats its passengers as sheeps and expressely says 'we dont care wh read more...

Fully agree with ppl who say that spicejet is not worth flying.. the crew is very unhelpful.. flights always late.. I will never ever fly spicejet in my life
