SaiRam Interior decorators are situated in bazar Road , Madipakkam , Chennai-600091. They agreed to do the work for interiors at our house in Pallikaranai, Chennai.
The proprietor Mr.S.Balakumar promised to complete the work on January 2009 after receiving the advance money.
He did a paltry work and promised to do the work in two weeks time. He has taken money for 80% complete work even though he has done less than 40% work. He never attends to our phone calls and always either switches off his cell phone or cuts the call. If caught through phone, he promises that the work would begin immediately and finish in 2 weeks. But he never does it.
My presumption is that he wants to cheat us of our money. He has not done the work for the pasrt six months. His office at Madipakkam is always remains closed. Nobody takes care of it. I tell the people to be aware of this person and do not give any work to him. His idea is to cheat the people.Lately his two cell phones are not reachable.His house phone rings but nobody replies. Something about his office phone. The police at Madipakkam and Pallikaranai , Chennai had received 10 complaints against him and 3 court warrants are pending against him.
