I totally agree with the complaint. I purchased a Hyundai i10 magna one year ago. I found that while driving at the neutral position of the steering the car went in a left direction instead of direct one. I fully agree that sbi credit cards service is heavily poor. They do not reply to your queries in writing but call through phone only thus escapingproof of their replies.
