SRMUH is a big promoter of sports within and beyond the campus. They have a football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, carrom, chess and many other teams within the college with active participation in various inter and intra level competitions. There is an annual sports fest organized within the college that goes on for a week. The teachers participate in it as well and it is extremely fun.
