Initially I deposit a cheque by going to green park branch however due to some reason my cheque was return to SCB in order to make sure my cheque is safe and secure I spoke several agent and they couldn’t even track my cheque n denying to help saying that they has send the email or call back I was given the false statement to avoid the situation at last spoke to SCB call center and he promise to call back as he already send email to branch manager to dispatch at green park bank as I request also no one has call me only false promise is the answer its been a months they hold my cheque and not even letting me to collect myself on 09july 2019 I spook to agent Ajay and supervisor mica and she promise me she will call back within 24hours. SCB is really upsetting me and it’s really a big risk for customer to go with SCB or trust call center agent
