I must say that SCB would be on the top of the list of unethical practices in a bank. I and many of our employees are facing the same issues as regard to your banking ethics.
Personally I had two very bad experience with your bank. Personally speaking the bank does not have any standards while dealing with a customer. I found it while taking the loan where there was a duping in terms of interest rates promised and given. Similarly I found while preclosure terms and also after closing the amount to get the closing letter.
I must say your bank is the most pathetic bank of all in terms of customer satisfaction and customer good books.The loan department is really pathetic in terms of customer service, customer care number, bank officials response to a query.The most amazing part is that even though they will say the account is closed ;after some day you will realize that they are finding a new reason to get interest .
