I opened an demat account with this bank. There service was so rotten that in disgust closed my accounts with the bank. I also surrendered my Gold credit cards to the bank as I decided never to bank with this Bank. On my surrendering my Credit Cards I got a cyclostyled letter from Sr. Manager Customer Services of the Bank from Banglore inquiring as to why I have surrendered my Credit Cards and re-inviting me to join their Credit card family. On getting such a letter from the bank I called his office to inform him about reasons for surrendering my Credit cards. To my utter dismay his secretary Guari informed me that ’’the Sr. Manager Customer Relations does not talk to Customers’’ can you believe it.
