Friends Never use a SCB card please find my issues I faced below.
1) I paid 3499 as one time fee which they said a life long free but once the card got expired they are not renewing and simply they said card got declined.
2) I have 40000 reward points which I am not able to claim since card is blocked.
3) Customer support is pathetic they never reply properly.
Support team cannot do anything on my reward points around 40000 which will come around 10K rupees that why they are not renewing the new card.
Finally what I felt is as long as support responds for our queries then we an use any card but simply only taking your phone and doesn’t respond properly will not make any sense.
So friends please be sure of paying any fees before taking any card. If they say life time then it’s a false news.

Above is the feed back I provided earlier when I faced lot of problems with support guys but when I escalated the issue to Nodal officer they reacted immediately and renewed my new card without any charges & recredited my reward points back. Defiently this is the support we expect from a bank & I want to revert back words which I said earlier,
