I am not a Standard Charted bank customer but had a very bad experience with this highly unprofessional organization.
I reced a call from their recovery department, some girl by the name of Shikha saini called up & asked for some unknown person who is not at all staying at my address.
My sister picked the phone & said the nobody’s stays here by this & kept the phone. This girl who is highly unprofessional would say ’’highly’’ is also a small word for her) start abusing my mother. saying that ’’teri maa mar gayi this jo tune phone rakh diya’’ These are the actual word used by this girl to my sister on keeping down the phone.
On hearing this my sister started shouted that how dare you abusing my mother without knowing that whether you call the right person or not. After this the girl shilpa used the word to my sister that even I can mentioned them here. I don’t have that guts that I can write all in this review.
My sister called me up & asked me to come home immediately . I visit home, I heard all this bullshit & went directly to standard charted bank & met the recovery manager Mr. Gurmeet who is also an highly unprofessional employee of standard charted. Me & my sister told him the complete story what had happened & we are not even your customer to hear all this bullshits.
After listening to us , she took girl’s mobile number front us & dial that numbers & spoke to her. Girl said that we first misbehaved with her & on which she reacted like this. I kept on telling Mr. Gurpreet that why would we react first , we don’t know why these people calling. He said then ok you want me call this girl in office , I said yes. he moment I said yes, he changed his commitment & said I can’t call this girl here & you better go & meet at sant nagar office. He simply refused to take this matter forward & said I can do anything.
I am not bother about whether you called up wrong place or not but how can somebody start abusing without knowing the reason & top of all, the girl who suppose to be calm & Patience in service industry.
These organization hired people to handle their customers carefully even if goes wrong. But in not even a customer of this bloody organization then why shud I suffered.
I am gona lodge a FIR to nearest police station against the organization of harassing the person without reason.
I hope after ready this , no body would like deal such bloody organization & the type of people working there. Truly Indians
