Worst Banking Experience...

I had to work with this bank just because of my Office policy and it was such a bad bad bad experience. I filled up the forms for opening of new account and credit card but by the mid of third month I so not wanted to pursue it further. The executives who comes to take the forms and their respective seniors( managers) don’t have a damn clue about your file or form.


There is no surety that even after the confirmation call and other various calls from different people regarding the verification of your information, that you will still get the card. The phone customer care executives have no idea about anything. They are very rude and useless. They could not find locate my application on their systems with my email id, phone or account number.


So, although I still have to be with the same bank but truly if I had a choice I would’ve never bank with them.
