I hold a salary account with SCB. However, it has become the biggest nightmare of my life.
Reasons:
Unexpected/out-of-the-blue blocking of debit card(yes, no reason just a small system error, hah so convenient) .not once but thrice in 6 months:)
Frustrated, you call the customer care, and you are treated with a 30 mins wait time post which the call gets disconnected(yayy!)
You call again, this time more frustrated and you get the same treatment again! Voila! and this is repeated until you get lucky ofcourse(after 1.5-2 hrs)
Now on the SCB credit card. These guys took my documents thrice, nothing happened for 6 months and then one fine day I get a call to get a SCB credit card and yes, they were very pushy since they think that one must have a SCB credit card if they have a salary account(woah!).
Please think before you choose!
