Most shittiest and most pathetic bank I ever seen. It takes a zillion efforts to get connected to customer care. Then there is this stupid OTP on login, if there is bad network then you get OTP. Basically, you cant check your own account. Constantly changing the UI. Get to 2021! It’s not 2000’s
