We opted for the credit card that this bank provides n have the worst experience EVER! First of all when they want to sell their card they will make numerous phone calls n harass people, when u get fooled and go for it they have all your information incorrect! Even the name! And even after telling them to correct it in their system it still remains to be the same.
We called them several times and told them but the error was still there. Later after making all the payments in October itself and clearing all the dues on the credit card we get to know in January, that there is a bill pending of 8000 rupees that is to be paid. After asking them to tell us the actual contents of the bill, they wrote a nasty mail saying that it is your bill amount and you have to pay it (but no contents were disclosed). After shouting and screaming they tell us that most of it is penalty that they have levied, on a bill amount of around 2k which has gone up to 8k! This was a shocker!
I don’t understand that if these people can give you ten thousands calls to buy the credit card why can’t they give a single call n remind you that there a balance due!!! They even stopped the SMSes that they previously sent with a hope that the bill would go upto 1 crore. There are numerous friends of mine who have had the same experience.
After reverting strongly to them and telling them to respond only via mail, (so that no party can deny what was said or not) we kept getting calls from their illiterate customer care saying “Sir, you have done the transaction’s so you have to pay!” in spite of telling them that we are ready to pay the bill for whatever shopping we have done except the penalty charges, there is still no response for their side!
They are very unprofessional and arrogant!
Please dont opt for this because you are only inviting trouble!
