Let me tell you my experience
My account was opened thru my employer about 15years ago and naturally it was a zero balance salary account, after I left that organization after 3months of non disbursement of salary it was converted in to savings account.
During that time that Internet banking and other online services were not much into practice but over and above what ever were the prevailing services I was pretty much satisfied with those.
Now over the years so many years have passed I have not faced any issue with bank.
But let me tell you as far I know about this bank it has some very stringent norms for loans, cards etc so I would like to tell other people who have given these negative reviews no offense to any of them but this does not imply that bank is wrong or bad maybe one doesn’t meet their eligibility criteria.
Now a days when all these Internet is handy and for all things there are applications Stanc website and mobile application are excellent they have very excellent and easy UI.
I am being honest till date I have not faced any issues with bank for which I required to go to my base branch.
In my view it is one of the best banks.
