Among all the banks, without a shadow of doubt this British bank has the best logo. Unfortunately, this is the only good thing about this bank.
Everything moves at a slow pace at his bank. I received my debit card two weeks late. And haven’t received my credit card yet (i.e. 6 months after filling the second application form). My net baking id and pin came two months after schedule, but to no avail - it’s net banking is excruciatingly slow and to date I have not been able to transact through the net banking route. I still have to write cheques to transfer money to my other bank account!!! Their call centre people (though hardworking) have not been able to address any grievance.
The only silver lining in the dark crowd is that you can draw money from any ATM (not just StanC) without any additional charge.
The reason why am I still with StanC? Well, because it is my company’s preferred banker and they refuse to transfer my salary to any other account.
Overall its ur typical Desi bank with some frills.
