Cx service is very pathetic they are unable to resolve your queries.Full of crap and liars.I am now frustrated its almost 1 week that my saving a/c has blocked.Collection team called me and asked for settlement as on wednesday after that no body has responded to me.I called to customer service several time they gave me some 0124 no but no body has responded to me.Do you guys really have any responsibility?
Even you guys gave me estimated time for unblock my a/c till tuesday but no body responded to me.This is very shameful.
