Hey guys, beware of this bank. Dont take any product, particularly , home loan , Credit card or Personal loan. For Credit Cards...A big NOooooooooo.
So far what ever relation ship, I had with them only gave problems and displeasure and nothing else.
First, I took a Home loan for fixed rate, they said to offer at 8%, but when I got an approval from them, it was at 8.25 % and also for the amount they initially said they will offer. And disbursement took 3 months. When I decided to cancel the loan and go for ICICI or HDFC, my document got locked with them and I had to try in vain.
Secondly..big issues with Credit card, no statements on time. I closed that card.
Recently, that had issued a Free for Life credit card, I thought things would have changed, but no improvement.
I had used the card for 25K and was waiting for the Statement, since the statement was not coming on time, I called the customer care and they said it is already due and asked me to pay with penatly and late fee. I paid only what is my part. that is 25K and requested them to close the card.
Again after long time, some one from the bank called and said payment due for long time and now it has grown to amount of 6K , interests, late fees etc.....
So far, I have not received a single statement. But I used get over due payment letter, and the number give in that letter are not reachble.
DO CONSUMERS LIKE US, GET TO HAVE A CHANCE TO BLACK LIST THESE KIND OF BANKS AND DRIVE THEM OUT.
