They don't know what they are doing.

I had Manhattan card and was using it regularly (I still have it). One fine day, their internet banking conked off, which I was using regularly to track my usage. I complained and complained and complained an complained. They promised and promised and promised and promised to rectify.


This was about 3 years ago. But nothing positive happened. I stopped using the card, not a single transaction for almost 3 years. Still I got a renewed card about 3-4 months back. Recently I got a call and was offered Titanium card. They know that I am not using the card an had told them that I will not use the card. Still they waste their time and effort to send new card to me and also enroll me to their Titanium program.


When I was using the card, there were other problems as well. The listed phone number was not working, it will work one day and not the next day! Same is the case with internet banking. One day, the internet banking site prompted me to create an alias, so that I don’t have to enter the lengthy card number. I create it and log in one day. Next day, it does not work!!
