Non existent customer service

I placed a request for balance transfer from other credit card on 8th Jul 2021 - I had specially requested that if this is not processed by 10th Jul 2021 the request should be cancelled.


Since the bank did not process the transfer request, I have called EVERY DAY since 10th Jul 2021 to cancel my balance transfer request.


Each customer support employee confirmed this has been cancelled and the bank will not process the transfer request.


Since they confirmed, I have paid my existing credit card of their dues.


But I still kept getting notifications that my balance transfer is still in process.


I have called them atleast twice each day since 11th Jul 2021 and have been assured that this will not be processed.


On 13th Jul 2021, I received a "non posted" transaction on my card for balance transfer. I immediately called the bank and disputed this and was assured the transaction will be voided and no balance transfer will be processed.


To my shock and horror, the bank, inspite of my repeated requests and their assurances went ahead with the balance transfer.


Absolutely pathetic service.


I have raised a complaint on email, phone, social media - but they just do not bother to respond.


I am taking action against this company for deficiency in service.


Stay away from this unprofessional company.
