Bad Customer Service and Inefficient Satff

I closed my account more than 5 years ago. Unfortunately I made an over payment which I asked for a refund. They keep insisting that I should just transfer my balance to another person so they don’t have to refund the money. I have migrated here in Canada and recently visited Philippines. Again I asked for my refund. Now, they are willing to give me a refund except they should deduct some money for processing fee. Wow! I don’t even get interest on my money.


They were asking a lot o stuff which I finally made available. Now I still can’t get refund despite giving authorization letter and some proper ID’s .  Asking me when am I going to visit them again!  Because they have to give it to me personally.


Despite the fact that they are delivering in my house. OHHH the collection department is the worst of all. Keeps pointing me to the Customer Service when they were the ones that  processed all these paperwork. Don’t know if people uses their brain or just damn lazy or no brain at all!
