Customer service never responds

I was a customer of Standard Chartered. I’ve closed my account recently and was told the closure and the remaining balance cheque would be sent to my mailing address. I’ve done this procedure on 24th December. I was told the closure will happen the same day.


I’ve reminded them my urgency about my need for money. The customer service number never ever picked call. I’ve called close to 100 times. The mail to customer care always gives an auto reply and requests time for 7 days. It’s been 15 days and I don’t have any answer to my mail or call. They just don’t answer the call.


Very bad customer service.


I am genuinely disappointed.
