I was a customer of Standard Chartered. Ive closed my account recently and was told the closure and the remaining balance cheque would be sent to my mailing address. Ive done this procedure on 24th December. I was told the closure will happen the same day.
Ive reminded them my urgency about my need for money. The customer service number never ever picked call. Ive called close to 100 times. The mail to customer care always gives an auto reply and requests time for 7 days. Its been 15 days and I dont have any answer to my mail or call. They just dont answer the call.
Very bad customer service.
I am genuinely disappointed.
