I submitted my docs to Standard Chartered Bank’s DSA for their credit cards and they lost those documents or may be not giving the correct picture. I contacted to Standard Chartered Bank’s Nodal officer, Principal Nodal Officer and Asia Head officer people but they are not ready to take the responsibility and ownership of my issue.
I would suggest to never go for any product from this bank.
