Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have took this insurance for two of my relatives, and was paying it for around 3 years. Now when one of them had a medical case and we requested for a reimbursement for the medical cost, which we are supposed to get and is suppose to be covered. But from the beginning they were saying excuses like " they need some extra docs, need more reports etc. " at last we told them to send an email with the details and they were still asking for the papers which we already submitted, and now no response for any emails.
More over we have contacted star health local support contact, but we got a completely different response that "they cannot cover this cost".
Anyway I dont recommend this insurance for anyone, it is just hopeless customer service and it is not a real insurance company.
