I have also taken medical insurance from Star but getting worsr feedback about this compnays claim settlement. Can someone suggest about the real picture. I have insurance for my whole family from Star, if feesback is true then i will switch over my isnsurace and also please suggest some good company with good claim settlement

do not switch ...no one will do magic during claim ..all insurance company follow same procedure ...star health have maximum number of customer so many customer do not know their policy wording and if you are aware with your policy documents and you submitted your proposal form in nice way and ..all information is true then 100% your claim will approved .....

my casless claim settle in 1 hour ..claim rejection only happen due to customer fault ...they hide previous disease that why claim rejection took place so never hide any thing with health insurance

my experiance is true and most recent. They will reject the claim with their own reason. If you have time to fight with them legally then keep continue. I submitted all require document and they gave me one line reason and reject it

I have paid to star health Insurance for Port my old ICICILombard Policy on 3rd May 2021 but no communication email regarding reject, accept my proposal , no refund of money till today (19.5.2021) , I continuously contact and email to customer care but no response , at list to know accept or reject, if reject refund initiate or not

Never go for Star. Star is good for Agents. As they pay good commissions to Agents. So the agents convenience to take policy of STAR
