Painful experience with star health insurance

Have been a star health customer for the past 9years. Recently my claim was declined/rejected due to reasons which was not clearly explained to me. On 27-7-25 I was hospitalized with severe abdominal pain, with vomiting. All testes were conducted Upon the duty doctors approval for admission. Was admitted for 3 days.


Initially my cashless calim was rejected. Then my request for reimbursement was rejected too. When all necessary and valid papers are present with hospital bills, doctors papers . Still starhealth insurance is finding all possible means and methods to keep on rejecting my claims. Now iam left with no option to seek legal advice and move the consumer court. Claim intimation number CIR/2026/141142/0651651.


This is complete harassment form starhealth Insurance company. Anyone who have faced a similar situation kindly advice.
