I took the policy for sum amount 200000, paid the premium 9500. After one month my mother suffered severe fever, we treated out patient.fever slightly dropped, 2 days, again fever shoot up my mother went como condition.
We admitted in the hospital, applied for cashless. Star doctor visited the hospital inquired about the condition, we shown all medical records, cashless claim rejected, they said she had symptoms of the disease before 30 days.
Hence your claim rejected go for reimbursement. after further diagnostician doctor found one of her was kidney not functioned, she was suffering enzymatophyro nephrities, better to remove one kidney advised for surgery. I spet lot of money about 180000.I applied for reimbursement they simply rejected saying symptoms in 30 days period hence ur claim is rejected.it is totally waste to take the policy for senior citizen.we admitted for fever, but diagnosed for kidney alinement, we lost one kidney and my money.They are cleverly rejecting claims ignoring all facts.it is better to stay away from star.
