I am Anil Kumar. I have taken a policy for my mother for 2.00, 000 rupees at 13000 rupees as premium, in april 2014. on 13th march 2015 I mother feeling pain in the head I intimated star health insurance(policy no p/13116/01/2015/000927) I have submitted all documents after discharge on 18th march.
Then they demanded for authorization letter by concerned doctor.i submitted it also. finally they rejected the claim as it is not covered under terms and conditions .when I called them they said that it is mentioned in terms and conditions .i read the documents carefully it is no way mentioned.
