The worst service possible

Star Health Insurance ensures cashless treatment in their network hospitals. My father got a paralytic attack and as he was insured under the Family Health Optima Insurance Policy Scheme of Star Health. We called our agent around 20 times but he did not receive our call.


Still we checked their website for the network hospitals in our city Raipur. We took him to NH-MMI Hospital and there we got to know that this hospital was not present in their network. We called up the toll free number, but they said that the hospital was present in their network and the hospital authorities should cooperate with us.


Eventually we got to know that the tie up for the present year has not been renewed between the hospital and Star Health which had not been updated in their website and we were told that the money will be reimbursed to us. We submitted all the required documents within 5 days of the discharge. It has been 1.5 months but we have not received any acknowledgement from their side.


We are highly disappointed with the services provided by them.
