This is Ajay kumar. I am a esteemed customer of STAR HEALTH INSURANCE. I done my ear Surgery last 4 months back. After Surgery Pre and post hospitalization Bills I was submitted to Star Health Insurance department with amount of Rs.38, 800. In that I claimed only 14, 800 remaining amount(20, 000) was deducted by Insurance department. Reason they are saying is not submitted reports. I sent all my original bills and reports including doctors prescription and discharge summary. Everything is was documented properly. I called Toll free number(18004252255) of Star Health Team and mailed to support team of STAR HEALTH INSURANCE but they not responded properly. My problem was not resolved till now.
