STAR Health Insurance

Hi all,

I and my family are paying for health insurance with star health insurance for more than 2 years now. When one of my family member admitted in hospital for treatment. I applied for insurance with star as we are paying for them and service I received is very bad and they don’t want to help me out. The simply said this treatment doesn’t comes with insurance and I have to take care of the expenses. However while enrolling in the insurance they assured me I’ll get benefits up to 300+ treatment. This is how star health insurance cheats money from customers. When I reached out the representative, he simply hung up saying it’s not under benefits. When I gone through the list of treatment from the insurance it does comes with the benefits. I again called them with the list and details to show them it comes under benefits and again they hung up saying it’s old benefits list and it has been changed long back. This is absolutely fraud. They haven’t notified the customer also there is no information on the webpage. After getting twice hung up, I cancelled the insurance as there is no benefits other than paying money. Please don’t purchase star health insurance. There are other companies which are providing better service.
