This mobile app allows user to renew the policy. Though it will confirm the transaction as successful the company is saying the policy is not renewed. I am a victim who renewed 17 days back and still the policy is not received and the starhealth says the policy is not renewed. So never use this app. Even though the app and their portal says the policy is already renewed while trying to renew again, the star health is not ready to accept. Seems it is not the app, but the star health as such is highly inefficient and cheaters.
