Dear Friends! This is a biggest cheating company in health insurance segment, I am a customer of this company from last 2 year paying all premium timely, on 6/11/16 was going home from my office and due to accidental fall down my upper 3 tooth fractured, I went to dentist clinic and got proper treatment of accidental injury the total cost of treatment was around 24 k, I applied for claim reimbursement, they wrote " It is observed from the submitted medical records that the insured patient has undergone dental related treatment. As per Exclusion No.5 of the above policy, the company is not liable to make any payment in respect of any expenses for dental treatment or surgery of any kind unless necessitated due to accidental injuries. We are therefore unable to settle your claim under the above policy " now as per policy term that injury was accidental not pre planned . and as per norms I am abble to get this rembursment this company making fool us, so guys please think one time before taking any insurance from this company
