I’ve had one of the most disappointing experiences with Star Health Insurance during my policy renewal.
Despite paying ₹;24, 000 through the official Star Health link, my policy(P/700019/01/2023/006245) has not been renewed even after two days.
The representative assigned, Mr Kumar Gaurav, has been demanding PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details over WhatsApp, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe. When I questioned this, he threatened to refund my payment instead of processing the renewal.
I’ve already raised a formal complaint(Ref 21281916), but so far there has been no accountability or action from Star Health’s management.
Very disappointing experience from a company that advertises trust and customer care. I hope senior management looks into this urgently.
