I spoke to the agent online and bought a health insurance plan called "SENIOR CITIZEN RED CARPET PLAN" for my mother. The agent assured me that no medical test is required although I insisted that we are willing to go for one.
After paying premium for 2 years, my mother was hospitalized for heart attack. By God’s grace she is fit now, however, the claim was rejected by the company on the ground that 30 years ago she suffered from paralysis and this lead to heart attack. My mother was not taking any medicines related to any past diseases but they were cunningly looking for a lame excuse to avoid paying the claim.
Even the doctor gave in written form that she is not taking any medicines related to past history but they cancelled the Insurance plan and DID NOT REFUND or SETTLE THE CLAIM.
Thus would advise you all NOT TO INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY to buy Health insurance plan from these FRAUDSTERS.
