Star insurance do not extend cashless facility when u r in a hospital.even they will not have patience to listen ur complaints.they will ask u to come to office to tell about ur complaints.
Wen I asked for cashless facility they had assured, they told that d hospital people have not sent d relevant records.is it not d insurance peoples duty to get confirmed about all these things before taking any decision?as far as my knowledge, insurance people will have more medical knowledge.but in my case I still do not know y these people denied cashless treatment?
