I admitted my father for medical treatment. I was informed by call center that the test can only be covered in pre-hospitalization reimbursement.
Later in the test we found out that surgical treatment is unnecessary, so my father got discharged. Later on when I applied for reimbursement, they have reject my claim stating that as there was no surgical treatment, I cannot claim for reimbursement for test.
If you are in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Please don’t take this insurance.
