I had a very bad exp with star health insurance. I got operated for hemmorid which costed me 25000/- , insurance paid 15000/- rest. I had to bear, on asking with agent, he confirmed that difference amount cheque will come from head office.
Nothing has happened. Now, he tells we can’t do anything the hospital has billed more. You should have gone to other hospital. Why do we require health insurance to go to Govt hospital. ?
