Terrible customer service

The two phone calls earlier today must rank as one of the worst customer experiences ever - fudging the facts, a bit of lying, some rudeness and quite brazen about it all. Not sure whether I am going to renew premiums with them going forward given the number of companies joining the insurance fray at much better rates.
