I had taken a policy for 2lakhs cover and no claim for last 3 years. My mother had an heart attack and was admitted to Fortis hospital Mulund Mumbai. She was diagnosed with avs and had to go for surgery costing 13 lakhs
But star will give only 80 thousand even though they promise 1.5 lakhs for cardiac surgery. No explanation why
Please do not go for star insurance they are absolute cheaters
