I am the existing customer of star health insurance since oct. 2023 purchase through Policy bazar.. but rightnow i am regretting that i purchase useless insurance because at time of selling insurance they told me that it will be ur god during ur illness but after purchased they feel like we are the reason for their illness.. why i m sharing this is that My son who is 1yr7 month old and he diagnosis with ASD at heart and needs to do heart surgery for closer when i heard it i was not worried about the expenses but when i discuss the matter with the customer care stare health insurance i feel shock that insurance will not cover the Heart surgery and write now am helpless and feels like i threw my money in un-wanted useless thing.. From this whoever is reading my review don’t buy this insurance.. go for another one..thank you with regard victim of STAR HEALTH INSURANCE.
