Hii.I am a doctor who completed my mbbs course.as everyone all of you I should also make a health insurance for my parents as some illness will be accidental or may cause heavy burden on finance.searching the lowest premium I had found this star insurance.as usual they had done medical checkup.all the tests are normal.to my surprise they had rejected the claim saying high level of serum creatinine(this is test for kidney function).when I asked the value they had said it as 1mg/dl.oh my god 1 mg/dl for 54 yr old is abnormal only according to star health and its value is normal upto 1.5 according to all medical textbooks.dear star even a 25 yr guy will not have 0.8 value.so don’t try to fool customers as well as doctors.total time waste job.will not advice to my patients too.thanq for knowing you before the plan commenced.no waste of money
