She had done the insurance for nearly 10 years and now when she is need because of the huge hospital bills due to her admission in hospital for last 15days the star health insurance people are refusing to pay anything.
They are taking out all sorts of excuses.when we have already submitted them all the hospital bills they are asking us for more reports from hospital which the hospital staff are saying that they never give those to the patient party.we are absolutely shocked at the rude and inhuman behaviour of these insurance people
