Star health ,
I am bound to write this email to star health as my mother is still in the hospital due to reduction in the Pre authorisation approval which was 620000 and after final bill submission it is 500000 only and the reason star health is giving is slow growing disease which is not spine surgery can happen incase on any injury and fall also.
Total hospital bill is 872541.My sum assured with star health is 100000 which they say is not applicable as it was being ported from CARE HEALTH in Jan 2023.
I am having two points one is the disease is not pre-existing disease and not slow grown disease so I should get whole amount 872541.
If not then give me at least 500000+ one year no claim bonus which is 25% of the sum assured that is 250000.

Cumulative Bonus: The insured person will be eligible for Cumulative bonus calculated at 25% of sum insured for each claim free year and maximum upto 100% of the sum insured
Kindly note the above mention point and the branch manager Mr Yash Vardhan and sales manager Mr Anuj Sharma were telling me that no claim bonus can not be availed in my policy as it has waiting period due to prolong illness.
Can u explain this stupidity and tell him in this whole world what is the meaning of no claim bonus
As per IRDA guidelines No Claim bonus has nothing to do with any illness it is my right .
I will raise this issue on twitter insta and Facebook and will sue star health for harassing my family like this.
My mother is still in hospital due to this hassle.
Give me the solution or my legal advisor will send notice against this and expose star health in the court.
If I will not receive any response and claim enhancement I consider star health as a worst insurance company and being a doctor will now start defaming star health to all my patients and other doctor friends.
Refer to the trailing email shared to me by the sales manager which talks about the benefits to be availed by the covered persons and now they are not accepting it.
Kindly help me in this on humanitarian ground
