I have a policy at Star heath for the past 10 years renewing, This year due to lost of job I was not able to pay my renewal in the month of April. I didnt received any grace period 120 days intimation from Star Health and when I tried to pay it in the month of Aug 20 it was showing terminated. All the money paid for 10 days has gone to 0 now. Being a company providing health insuranc e this Star Health is not capable of catering service to the public when it comes to crisis period, They want to gain benefit out of this crisis period to reverse all money earned as their income. I seriously bothered how many people like me would have lost hard earned money so many days with this company Star Health. when all the banks are giving moratorium these guys shud have given a grace period intimation to its customer by mail or direct call on the grace period, even they can collect a small percentage of interest or penalty for late fee to keep the policy live, this shows how bad these corp companies are swindling. And adding to this an agent who is involved in this also never intimated me by message, he says I called you twice but no response, may he should have sent a message to me intimating this or what the HELL this company staffs doing more than catering their customers?
