Dear friends don’t buy Star health insurance it is a one of the worst ever seen insurance policy and don’t ever buy it’s a waste of money and there is no proper well educated staff for claim settlement they play with the customers emotions and money my request is never ever by this worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst insurance policy it’s my request don’t buy they don’t analyse the root cause of any patients reports they only reject by seeing the basic inventory of a hospitalisation they never think the route cause because there is no competency in the staff who attend and reject the claims they only bluff the customers don’t buy I have a worst experience in this insurance company because my two daughters one elder daughter was suffering from a headache and food poison due to which she got fever I admitted her in hospital and in the hospital they have given the best treatment after that they have submitted the basic documents they have rejected and centre rejection mail stating that only OPD can be treated they didn’t even as the hospital staff to give the complete details immediately they have rejected the claim saying that it would have treated as OPD they don’t know how to take a forward and resolve the customer or patients problem for there benefits after after this it was a very bad experience a, it’s a waste of money
