Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
At the time of renewal of the Policy in Oct 2025, I thought my Premium would come down due to withdrawal of GST by the Government. But it happened just opposite. Star Health increased the premium.
This clearly shows, Star Health is NOT passing the benefit of withdrawal of GST to its even 11 years old customer.
Another issue - Star health always have some IT related issues which continues eternally. I was unable to download Policy last year and this year I am unable to log-in to my account to renew. What a horrible IT system you guys have! I always find customer support team lacking in knowledge, do not take responsibility and take extremely long time in attending any issue. Very frustrating customer support team
