Star health is good and excellent private insurance company. My father and my mother has its policy. There are very happy to being part of star but when they went to operate of my fathers hand the asked about any insurance policy and we answered about star and gives card and they said that this card is expairy.
At this past we paid cash amount at hospital and come back to home and some days we go to star insurance office and tell them about all this happen and they tell that your agent not pay last amount of insurance when we heard this we feel abused them and also star.
